Future Goals
My current Internship at Suburban Home Health has led to a full time position following graduation. I start my new position on May 11th, 2026. I am excited to say that when I walk across the stage at Indiana University Indianapolis Public Health graduation ceremony I will have already worked my first full-time week at Suburban! My official title is Human Resources Assistant. I stand with this organizaton's mission and love what they are doing. I am very excited to begin working their full time.

Future Learning and Development

I am registered and have been doing webinars and readings with the organization National Association for Health Care Recruitment. This is super relevant and important for my future role because I will be helping to recurite health care professionals for our organization.

Following graduation, I will begin studying for my Associate Professional in Human Resources (aphr) Certification. I am excited to learn more about Human Resources through this organization and apply this to my role.

A long-term goal of mine is to complete a master's program. I am not for certain which program this will be but I would be honored to have the opportunity to continue my education sometime in the future.
